With the changing times, traditional low-speed mixers are gradually being replaced by high-speed mixers. Now, let me explain the structural composition of high-speed mixers for you.
- Spindle: This component has undergone three processes of precision grinding, precision turning, and quenching and tempering. It is then sealed with tetrafluoroethylene, gas, and skeleton oil seals in sequence to prevent powder leakage.
- Mixed pot body: The pot body is a multi-layer structure welded from inner, outer, and interlayer layers. The pot wall and bottom are made of stainless steel material, and the inner wall surface is smooth and hard, with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant characteristics.
- Mixing equipment: The mixing equipment consists of multiple sets of impellers, installed at different heights on the same shaft. Generally, one set of impellers has two.
- Pot cover: The pot cover is made of cast aluminum, and its inner and outer surfaces are polished and finely machined. The exhaust port is equipped with a filter element device.
- Transmission components: The mixing blade is made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
- Heating method: Electric heating is used as the heating method, which transfers heat through thermal oil. The outer surface of the impeller rubs against the material and the lateral thrust on the material causes the temperature to rise;
- Unloading equipment: The unloading equipment is made of aluminum alloy and equipped with a pneumatic unloading door for automatic unloading. The cylinder and the unloaders are connected in a linear manner, firmly compressed, and have good sealing performance.
