1. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which can achieve synchronous speed regulation.
3. Extrusion die part: After PVC is compacted, melted, mixed, and homogenized, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by a screw. The extrusion die is a composite component for forming pipes.
4. Vacuum shaping tank: used for shaping and cooling pipelines with vacuum and water circulation systems installed. And equipped with front and rear movement devices and left and right height manual adjustment devices.
5. Traction machine (variable frequency speed regulation): used for continuously and automatically pulling the hardened tube out of the machine head.
6. Cutting machine: After controlling the distance switch according to the required length, it performs automatic cutting.
7. Stacker crane: The flipping of the stacker crane is controlled by pneumatic cylinders.
